PODIUM PREPARATION Goes To Holland
Podium Preparation was delighted when they received the phone call from Adrian at Fensport Performance asking if we would help them run the car for the European Round of Time Attack at Assen Race Circuit. As normal Fensports aim was to come home with some silver wear! The morning sore us enter the drag (1/8) against some very quick Dutch cars, from a purpose built reliant kitten to a clamed 800bhp+ skyline. After winning every run resulting with an Overall win and beating the Track Record with a time of 7,00 sec Total, 0,32 sec Reaction 6,68 sec Netto, 182,88 km/h Term Speed. The afternoon took us to the Time Attack Series. After Qualifying for the Final we were ready, unfortunately 2/3 laps into the Final session one of the RC Developments cars had tyre blow out which resulted in a spin stopping in an unsafe position on track, after 10mins it was clear the session was scrubbed, meaning the only time we had was a warm up lap, but this still gave us a 5th overall. Podium would like to thank Fensport Performance for the opportunity and an excellent result. |
